Tuesday, May 20, 2008I was in Vigan, Ilocos Sur with my friends last weekend and we had so much fun. Not even Typhoon Cosme can bring down the high spirits we were in.

I've been seeing lots and lots of people visiting Vigan, the historical ambience makes it more exciting to visit than it's already is in the picture.
